1.) CPU- Ryzen 5 1600

Until 2016 CPU market was dominated by Intel, then AMD launched its Ryzen lineup of CPUs. They were an instant hit and forced Intel to step up its game. Ryzen 5 1600 is a hexa core CPU with 12 thread, base clock of 3.2 GHz and a boost clock of 3.6 GHz.  And the best part is that it is unlocked i.e it can be overclocked. All the Ryzen CPUs support XFR(Extended Frequency Range) and Precision Boost technology, These technologies boost the clock speed of CPUs automatically, depending on cooling performance and CPU workload. Learn more about Ryzen 5 1600 here.
So be it gaming or productivity tasks like video editing, this CPU can handle everything you throw at it.

2.) Motherboard- MSI ProSeries B450

Motherboards with A320 chipset are the cheapest option for Ryzen CPUs, but we will go for a motherboard with more expensive B350/B450 chipset. B350 or B450 motherboards will give us the ability to overclock our Ryzen processor. This will allow us to squeeze extra performance out of our CPU. You can buy any B350 or B450 motherboard from any reputable brands like Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or Asrock depending on pricing and availability. All these motherboards have an almost similar specification. All of them have 2 RAM slots. Slightly expensive ones will have 4 RAM slots. You’ll get all the necessary features you’ll ever need.

3.) GPU- NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB

GPU is the most important component in a gaming rig. NVIDIA GTX 1070 is the best choice at this price point. This graphics card is based on 10th generation Pascal architecture. Paired with Ryzen 5 1600, it can demolish almost all games in 1080p high-ultra settings at 60 FPS. This GPU won’t even break a sweat at 1440p gaming.
You can buy NVIDIA GTX 1070 from any reputable GPU brands like ZOTAC, MSI, ASUS, GIGABYTE, GALAX, depending on pricing, aesthetics, and availability. All them will have almost similar performance with a slight difference in out of the box clock speeds. NVIDIA GPUs can be overclocked by using special tools like MSI Afterburner, EVGA Precision X etc.

4.) RAM- 16GB DDR4 2400MHz (8GBX2)

RAM prices have reduced over the past year. We really cannot cheap out on RAM as using less than 8GB memory is not at all a good idea for gaming, as it will result in micro stuttering.
Even though 8GB RAM is sufficient for gaming but we will go for 16GB RAM because our budget permits to do so. Productivity tasks will really benefit from higher memory. This will also help us better future proofing our machine.
Instead of using a single 16GB memory stick prefer buying two 8GB sticks in order to take advantage of dual channel memory. Ryzen CPUs perform significantly better with dual channel memory configuration.
CRUCIAL 8GB DDR4 memory stick is a great value for money option. Clocked at 2400Mhz, it is sufficient for handling even AAA titles out there. Apart from Crucial, you can buy more aesthetically pleasing DDR4 memory sticks from Kingston, Corsair, ADATA of G.Skill depending on pricing and availability.

5.) HDD- SEAGATE BARRACUDA 1TB

1TB is the bare minimum that you will need to store all your game library. There is nothing much to say about this HDD. Seagate has built a solid reputation for themselves in the reliability department. Being an Amazon Bestsellers you can’t go wrong with this HDD. You can also buy WD Blue 1TB HDD. It should be a no-brainer, just buy whichever one is cheaper.

OPTIONAL- WD 120GB M.2 SSD

Buying an SSD is totally optional but solid state drives can totally change your PC experience with faster boot time and faster game load time. But they are really expensive compared to a hard disk drive. Over the past year, SSD prices have really come down. So using both an SSD and a hard disk drive will give you the best of both worlds. Since you are spending around Rs. 70,000 I highly recommend you get a solid-state drive. Install your OS, frequently used games and software on SSD and rest everything on HDD. But keep in mind installing games on an SSD will not increase its gaming performance in any way it will only decrease loading time by a great margin.

6.) PSU- COOLERMASTER 500W

A power supply unit powers all the components in your system. If anything goes wrong with your PSU, it can seriously damage your entire rig. So cheapening out on the power supply is really a bad idea.  A 600W power supply is more than sufficient to power all the components in this rig.
The CoolerMaster 600 MASTERWATT LITE is a great and reliable choice if you’re building a gaming system with lower power demands also it is backed by a five-year warranty. Corsair VS 650 is a great choice too, you can buy anyone you want.

7.) CABINET- CORSAIR CARBIDE SPEC-01

CPU Cabinet in no way helps in gaming performance as long as it has better airflow, so it all comes down to personal preference. Choose any cabinet from brands like Cooler Master, Circle, Deepcool, Corsair or Thermaltake. Corsaire carbide spec 01 is a really great budget choice.

At the time of writing this build guide, the above components are a great choice for building the best gaming pc build under 70000 Rupees in India. All the prices mentioned above may slightly vary from time to time.  Also on amazon prices vary among various seller, so make sure to check them too before making the final purchase. The price difference between Amazon and Nehru place is around Rs.1,500. This difference can vary. According to me, this price difference is justified considering the fact that Amazon can deliver your products almost anywhere and provides 10 days return policy.

This build is an overkill for 1080p gaming, it is more suitable for 1440p gaming. So if your budget permits buy a decent 1440p(2560X1440) or ultrawide(2560X1080) monitor to get an immersive gaming experience. But if you cannot spend that much money on a monitor then this gaming pc build under Rs. 60,000 is more than sufficient for 1080p gaming.
