1.)CPU- AMD Ryzen 3 1200

Until last year CPU market was dominated by Intel, then AMD launched its Ryzen lineup of CPUs. They were an instant hit and forced Intel to step up its game. Ryzen 3 1200 is true quad-core CPU with a base clock of 3.1 GHz and a boost clock of 3.4 GHz.  And the best part is it is unlocked i.e it can be overclocked, provided you have a motherboard that supports it. All the Ryzen CPUs support XFR(Extended Frequency Range) and Precision Boost technology, These technologies boost the clock speed of CPUs automatically, depending on cooling performance and CPU workload. Learn more about Ryzen 3 1200 here.

2.)Motherboard- MSI A320M PRO

We will go for a motherboard with budget A320 chipset.  You can buy any A320 motherboard from any reputable brands like Asus, Gigabyte, MSI or Asrock depending on pricing and availability. All these motherboards have an almost similar specification. All of them have 2 RAM slots. Which can support up to 32GB RAM, clocked up to 3200MHz4 SATA ports for your hard disk drives and DVD drives (if you till use them :p).

NOTE In order to overclock a Ryzen CPU you would need to buy a more expensive B350/B450 or X370/X470 motherboard. But since we are on a tight budget, we have chosen an A320 motherboard which doesn’t allow overclocking. If you are willing to pay RS 3,000 extra and squeeze some extra performance out of your CPU then go for a B250 motherboard like this one- MSI Pro series B450.

3.) RAM- Crucial 8GB DDR4 2400MHz

RAM prices have reduced over the past year. We really cannot cheap out on RAM as using less than 8GB memory is not at all a good idea for gaming, as it will result in micro stuttering.
Instead of using a single 8GB memory stick prefer buying two 4GB sticks in order to take advantage of dual channel memory. Ryzen CPUs perform a lot better with dual channel memory configuration.
Crucial 4GB DDR4 memory stick is a great value for money option. Clocked at 2400Mhz, it is sufficient for handling even AAA titles out there. Apart from Crucial, you can buy any DDR4 memory sticks from Kingston, Corsair, ADATA of G.Skill depending on pricing and availability.

4.) GPU- NVIDIA GT 1030 2GB

GPU is the most important component in a gaming rig. Since we are on a really tight budget, we have no option but to choose an entry-level GPU. NVIDIA GT 1030 is the most affordable NVIDIA graphic card based on 10th generation Pascal architecture. Paired with Ryzen 3 1200, it can handle 1080p gaming on medium/low setting with playable FPS. It is a really good entry level GPU.

1TB is the bare minimum that you will need to store all your game library. There is nothing much to say about this HDD. Seagate has built a solid reputation for itself in the reliability department. Being an Amazon Bestsellers you can’t go wrong with this HDD. You can also buy WD Blue 1TB HDD. It should be a no-brainer, just buy whichever is cheaper.

Solid state drives can totally change your PC experience with faster boot time and faster game load time. But they are really expensive compared to a hard disk drive. So using both an SSD and a hard disk drive will give you best of both worlds. I highly recommend you get a solid-state drive. Install your OS, frequently used games and software on SSD and rest everything on HDD. But keep in mind installing games on an SSD will not increase its gaming performance in any way it will only decrease loading time by a great margin.

A power supply unit powers all the components in your system. If anything goes wrong with your PSU, it can seriously damage your entire rig. So cheaping out on the power supply is really a bad idea.  A 450W power supply is more than sufficient to power all the components in this rig. Being an Amazon Bestseller, Corsair VS450 is the best budget choice. I personally own a Corsair VS series PSU for the last 3 years and it is still working like a charm
The Corsair VS450 is a great and reliable choice if you’re building a gaming system with lower power demands also it is backed by a three-year warranty.

CPU Cabinet in no way helps in gaming performance as long as it has better airflow, so it all comes down to personal preference. Choose any cabinet from brands like Cooler Master, Circle, Deepcool, Corsair or Thermaltake.

At the time of writing this build guide, the above components are a great choice for building the best gaming pc build under 30000 Rupees in India. All the prices mentioned above may slightly vary from time to time. Also on amazon prices vary among various seller, so make sure to check them too before making the final purchase. The price difference between Amazon and Nehru place is around Rs. 400.  According to me, this price difference is justified considering the fact that Amazon can deliver your products almost anywhere and provides 10 days return policy. If you are willing to stretch your budget by Rs. 4,000 to Rs. ,000 then upgrade your GPU to NVIDIA GTX 1050. It will give you a huge performance boost.  But if you can increase your budget to Rs. 40,000, you can read about Rs. 40,000 gaming PC build here.
